Orders
What size should I buy?
For all questions regarding sizing, and European conversions, please refer to our size guide.
When will my order arrive?
Houser Shoes believes getting your items to you quickly is important. We make every effort to process your order within 24 business hours.
2Day, 3Day, and Overnight orders must be placed before 2 p.m. EST in order to go out that day*.
Standard orders Placed after 8:00 am Eastern Standard Time will ship the Next Business Day*.
*Delays in shipment may occur when:
- Change or update of Shipping or Billing address is needed.
- Product purchased is not readily available for shipment
- Customer contact is needed for confirmation.

Do you charge sales tax?
- No sales tax in 46 states!
- Federal and State Laws require us to charge applicable sales tax on all orders to a physical location.
- Sales tax will be charged for all orders where the shipping address is in GA, NC, SC, or TN only.
What payments methods do you accept?
- We accept all major credit cards (Amex, Visa, MasterCard, Discover), PayPal, Venmo, and Google Pay as payment for online orders.
- Credit card information is subject to verification before an order is completed.
- Billing address information must match the address where the credit card statement is received for the credit card used for payment.
- Houser Shoes currently only accepts payment from accounts where funds are drawn from financial institutions in the United States
Shipping
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes!
- Orders totaling $58.00 or more are shipped free via FedEx Ground within the 48 Continental United States. The total is after any discount code is applied.
- If you qualify for Free Shipping Do NOT select any method other than Ground.
- Orders totaling less than $58.00 will require a Non-Refundable shipping charge.
What shipping services do you offer?
- All orders are shipped via FedEx.
- We currently offer FedEx Ground, Express Saver, 2day, and Standard Overnight.
- Shipping options and prices are shown during checkout or from your shopping cart.
Do you ship outside of the United States?
Houser Shoes currently only ships orders to locations within the 48 Continental United States.
Do you ship to PO/APO boxes?
Unfortunately, we cannot ship to PO or APO boxes at this time. All of our merchandise is shipped through FedEx services.
Returns & Exchanges
How do I return my order?

What is your return policy?
At Houser Shoes, we want our customers to be 100 percent happy with their new shoe purchase. That’s why we accept returns of unworn merchandise within 30 days of purchase. Maybe you love your shoes, but they just don’t seem to fit perfectly. Perhaps you decide you want different color or style. Our return policy is simple. Package the shoes up as you received them and ship them back. If you need a different size, place your order at any time during the return process. Loyalty Rewards
How do I earn reward points?
Points can can be earned for the following actions:
-Making purchases ($1 = 1 Point) — every time you make a purchase you earn points based on the price of products purchased and these points are added to your Preferred Customer Reward Points balance.
-Registering an Account with Houser Shoes. (100 Points)
-Subscribing to Email-Alert for the first time. (100 Points)
-Review Submission (10 Points) — Earn points for submitting approved product reviews.
This reward maximum is set at 100 Possible points per year.
What are the reward point exchange rates?
The value of Reward Points is determined by an exchange rate of both currency spent on products to points, and an exchange rate of points earned to currency for spending on future purchases.
100 Points = $5
200 Points = $10
300 Points = $15
400 Points = $20
How do I redeem reward points?
Reward Points are redeemable at checkout. If you have accumulated enough points to redeem them you will have the option to apply the points at checkout. The option to use Reward Points and/or the dollar balance will be shown to you in the Payment Method area of the checkout. Redeemable Reward Points can be used in conjunction with other payment methods (i.e. credit cards, gift cards, etc).
Reward Point can be redeemed in 100 Point increments. You will not be able to use your Reward Points until you accrue the minimum number of points.(100 Points = $5)
Are there any restrictions?
-Reward Points are redeemable ONLINE ONLY.
-No combination of discounts may exceed more than 50% of the original product(s) purchase price.
-Reward points are NON Refundable, and can not be redeemed for cash.
-Reward points can not be used to purchase eGift Cards.
-eGift Card balance will not be transferred into Reward Points at time of purchase.
Houser Shoes may change the Houser Shoes Rewards rules, regulations, benefits, conditions of participation, or point levels for rewards, in whole or in part, at any time without notice, even though changes may affect the value of the points already accumulated. Houser Shoes may change or terminate, withdraw, or cancel any reward, increase the points required for any reward, modify or regulate the transferability of rewards or benefits, institute or add reward blackout dates or limit the number of rewards for use by any one individual on any one purchase. Houser Shoes may, at any time, terminate or modify the Houser Shoes Rewards program and program rules without any further obligations to members.
Abuse of the Houser Shoes Rewards Program, including the sale or barter of accrued reward points, product, points or promotional offers, using multiple Rewards accounts in an effort to abuse the Houser Shoes Rewards Program, and any misrepresentation of fact relating thereto or other improper conduct as determined by Houser Shoes in its sole judgment, may result in cancellation of the member’s account, future disqualification from program participation, and forfeit of any unused points.
How do I manage my reward points?
You can review your Reward Points at any time through your Customer Account. From your account you will be able to view your total points balance, minimum needed to redeem, whether you have reached the maximum points limit and a cumulative history of points acquired, redeemed and lost. The history record will retain and display historical rates and currency for informational purposes. The history will also show you comprehensive messages regarding points, including expiration notifications.
Do my reward points ever expire?
Reward points should never expire. Until recently Reward Points had an expiration date of 90 days from the point they are awarded. If you receive any correspondence that dictates otherwise please give us a call. This is a known issue that our developers are working to fix. Your feedback is appreciated.
Note: You can sign up to receive email notifications each time your balance changes. This option is found in the Reward Points section of the My Account area.
