- Product size availability information is updated regularly to help make sure that all sizes displayed are in stock and ready to ship.
- All merchandise listed on HouserShoes.com is kept in stock, however, in rare cases, particular size/width combinations may not be available.
- If the items you ordered are unavailable, your order will be voided and you will be notified via email.
- We do not back-order merchandise for an order without prior customer knowledge.
- Merchandise listed on HouserShoes.com is not guaranteed to be available in your local Houser Shoes or G. B. Shoes.
- If you have seen merchandise in one of our stores but cannot find the same item on our website, you may place a special order by contacting our customer service department at 1-866-270-8411. Please have your credit card information ready when you call. Merchandise not currently listed on HouserShoes.com is not guaranteed to be available.
Sales Tax
- No sales tax in 46 states!
- Federal and State Laws require us to charge applicable sales tax on all orders to a physical location.
- Sales tax will be charged for all orders where the shipping address is in GA, NC, SC, or TN only.
Pricing and Discounts
- No Discount, and or Discount combination, may exceed 50% of the cost of any single product.
- Discount codes cannot be used in combination with another discount code.
- Website prices and in-store prices may vary and are not always the same.
- At this time, store coupons are not honored for online sales and online promotions are not honored for in-store purchases.
- Prices are subject to change without notice.
- Houser Shoes, Inc. is not responsible for pricing errors that occur during order placement.

- Orders with pricing errors will not be completed until the customer approves any necessary changes.

Payments
- We accept all major credit cards (Amex, Visa, MasterCard, Discover), PayPal, Venmo, and Google Pay as payment for online orders.
- Credit card information is subject to verification before an order is completed.
- Billing address information must match the address where the credit card statement is received for the credit card used for payment.
- Houser Shoes currently only accepts payment from accounts where funds are drawn from financial institutions in the United States
Processing and Transit Times
2Day, 3Day, and Overnight orders must be placed before 2 p.m. EST to go out that day*.
Standard orders placed after 8:00 am Eastern Standard Time will ship the Next Business Day*.
*Delays in shipment may occur when:

Shipping Policy
- Houser Shoes currently only ships orders to locations within the 48 Continental United States.
- Weekend or holiday deliveries are not available.
- Houser Shoes is not responsible for delayed delivery due to inclement weather, natural disasters carrier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances. Every attempt will be made to deliver your order on time.
- Orders are shipped the same or the next business day after placement. We do not ship on weekends or most major U.S. Holidays.
- Orders with payment issues, such as incorrect billing addresses, may be delayed until the correct information is obtained.
- Express Shipping method available in Amazon.com orders is not an expedited method, It is a guarantee by FedEx that the package will be delivered on the 3rd business day after it is given to them from us.
- Shipping charges are calculated for your location through the FedEx service during checkout.
- Orders totaling $58.00 or more are shipped FedEx Ground Free within the 48 Continental United States. The total is after any discount code is applied.
- Shipping options and prices are shown during checkout or from your shopping cart.
- If you qualify for Free Shipping Do NOT select any method other than ground.
- Orders totaling less than $58.00 will require a Non-Refundable shipping charge.
- All orders are shipped via FedEx.
- Standard shipping is FedEx Ground (3-5 business days from ship date).
- All orders are shipped from the East Coast. Standard West Coast deliveries take approximately five (5) business days to arrive.
- If you require express shipping, rates, and delivery options are available during checkout or from your shopping cart.
- Once an order is shipped, you will receive the tracking information for your order via email.
- If you create a HouserShoes.com account, order tracking and status information is available when you log in.
