Shipping policy

  • Houser Shoes currently only ships orders to locations within the 48 Continental United States.
  • Weekend or holiday deliveries are not available.
  • Houser Shoes is not responsible for delayed delivery due to inclement weather, natural disasters carrier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances. Every attempt will be made to deliver your order on time.
  • Orders are shipped the same or the next business day after placement. We do not ship on weekends or most major U.S. Holidays.
  • Orders with payment issues, such as incorrect billing addresses, may be delayed until the correct information is obtained.
  • Express Shipping method available in Amazon.com orders is not an expedited method, It is a guarantee by FedEx that the package will be delivered on the 3rd business day after it is given to them from us.
  • Shipping charges are calculated for your location through the FedEx service during checkout.
  • Orders totaling $75.00 or more are shipped FedEx Ground Free within the 48 Continental United States. The total is after any discount code is applied.
  • Shipping options and prices are shown during checkout or from your shopping cart.
  • If you qualify for Free Shipping Do NOT select any method other than ground.
  • Orders totaling less than $75.00 will require a Non-Refundable shipping charge.
  • All orders are shipped via FedEx.
  • Standard shipping is FedEx Ground (3-5 business days from ship date).
  • All orders are shipped from the East Coast. Standard West Coast deliveries take approximately five (5) business days to arrive.
  • If you require express shipping, rates, and delivery options are available during checkout or from your shopping cart.
  • Once an order is shipped, you will receive the tracking information for your order via email.
  • If you create a HouserShoes.com account, order tracking and status information is available when you log in.
