2Day, 3Day and Overnight orders must be placed before 2 p.m. EST in order to go out that day. 

Standard orders Placed after 8:00 am Eastern Standard Time will ship the Next Business Day.

**Delays in shipment may occur when:

  • Change or update of Shipping or Billing address is needed.
  • Product purchased is not readily available for shipment
  • Customer contact is needed for confirmation.
  • No sales tax in 46 states!
  • Federal and State Laws require us to charge applicable sales tax on all orders to a physical location.
  • Sales tax will be charged for all orders where the shipping address is in GA, NC, SC, or TN only.
  • Houser Shoes currently only ships orders to locations within the 48 Continental United States.
  • Houser Shoes currently only accepts payment from accounts where funds are drawn from financial institutions in the United States
  • Weekend or holiday deliveries are not available.
  • Houser Shoes is not responsible for delayed delivery due to inclement weather, natural disasters carrier delays or other unforeseen circumstances. Every attempt will be made to deliver your order on time.
  • Orders are shipped same or next business day after placement. We do not ship on weekends or most major U.S. Holidays.
  • Orders with payment issues, such as incorrect billing addresses, may be delayed until the correct information is obtained.
  • Express Shipping method available in orders is not an expedited method, It is a guarantee by FedEx that the package will be delivered on the 3rd business day after it is given to them from us.
  • Shipping charges are calculated for your location through the FedEx service during checkout.
  • Orders totaling $58.00 or more are shipped FedEx Ground Free within the 48 Continental United States. The total is after any discount code is applied.
  • Shipping options and prices are shown during checkout or from your shopping cart.
  • If you qualify for Free Shipping Do NOT select any method other than ground.
  • Orders totaling less than $58.00 will require a shipping charge that is Non-Refundable.
  • All orders are shipped via FedEx.
  • Standard shipping is FedEx Ground (3-5 business days from ship date).
  • All orders are shipped from the East Coast. Standard West Coast deliveries take approximately five (5) business days to arrive.
  • If you require express shipping, rates and delivery options are available during checkout or from your shopping cart.
  • Once an order is shipped, you will receive the tracking information for your order via email.
  • If you chose to create a account, order tracking and status information is available when you log in. Log in now.

  • We accept returns only if the merchandise is unworn, in new condition, and returned within 30 days of the original sale. Return shipping costs are not covered by Houser Shoes. If you would like, we can provide a return label for $8 that will be deducted from your final refund. If you would like to receive an $8 label for your return, please email us at or call us at 1-866-270-8411.
  • Products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging. Failure to do so will result in a 20% restocking fee.
  • Worn shoes are not accepted unless due to a manufacturer defect (to be determined by Houser Shoes upon receipt) 
  • Please do not put tape of any kind on the actual shoe box. Doing so will result in a 20% restocking fee.
  • To help keep costs low, shipping and handling charges are not refundable
  • While returns may be shipped back by the most convenient method, is not responsible for lost return packages that are uninsured and untraceable.


  1. Return the item(s) in original boxes to our return address below (ensure you do not tape the shoe box)
  2. When we receive the product we will review the product and order details, and will refund your money as long as it meets our return criteria.
  3. Once we receive your return, refunds can take 2-10 business days before you see the funds returned to your account. If you have any questions regarding the transaction of funds, you can have your bank contact us.


  1. We are unable to offer exchanges for orders during the return process. 
  2. If you would like the same shoe in another size or style, simply place a new order.

We can help you set up a return or exchange.  If you do contact us, please have your order information available (name, order number, items ordered, etc.) to speed up the process.

Purchased in a store?

If you purchased your shoes in one of our store locations, you can take your shoes back to one of our physical locations to return. You will need the original receipt and the original box or packaging, and it must be within 30 days of purchase. Additional information is available in store. Please call an individual store if you have questions for them.
