Extremely disappointing!

This was my second pair of these particular shoes I had purchased the original directly from Johnston and Murphy. I love the first pair. When I receive the recently purchased second pair from Houser, I could barely fit my feet in them. The sizing was much different than the 10 M I purchased before directly from J&M. Extremely disappointing as I have to return them now, pay for the return, And I’m also subject to a 20% restocking fee because I did not keep the original packaging.
